BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A personalized Initial Assessment Meeting ($35 + tax) is REQUIRED for:
    • All clients new to Brooks Electrolysis who are booking an electrolysis treatment (regardless if you’ve had electrolysis elsewhere) are required to have an Initial Assessment
    • Returning clients who have had electrolysis treatments at Brooks Electrolysis, but have not had an electrolysis treatment here within the last 2 years, are required to book an Initial Assessment
    • An Initial Assessment is required for all new Microneedling & Cryotherapy clients
  • You can book up to maximum 2 hours a day of electrolysis treatments during regular office hours (Monday – Thursday). More than 3 hours a week are considered “Progressive Accelerated” pricing – see our price list.
  • You can cancel a booked appointment up to 48 hours before the start of the scheduled appointment time without being charged.
  • If you need to cancel within 48 hours, CALL OR TEXT ONLY to leave a time-stamped message (be sure to add your name to any text message). Do NOT email (emails are not monitored).
  • An invoice will be issued for any missed appointments, and must be paid before the start of your next treatment.
  • If you are late or choose to cut short your treatment time, you will be charged for the full time that you booked.
